Cancellation terms:  Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Winter School Secretariat by email or fax.  The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

- Cancellation received before 31. 12. 2018: Full refund of registration fee
- Cancellation received after 06. 01. 2019: Half refund of registration fee
- There will be no refund for no-shows.
