SpeakerKi Kang Kim
Ki Kang Kim received his M.S. and Ph.D. in physics from Sungkuynkwan University, Korea in 2008. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Sungkyunkwan University and at MIT from 2008 to 2012. He joined the Department of Energy and Materials Engineering at Dongguk University in 2012. His research interests are the syntehsis of two dimensional (2D) materials such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride and transition metal dichalcogenides by chemical vapor depostion and the engineering of the electronic structure of 2D materials by chemical doping. He publised more than 70 SCI papers (including Nature communications, Nature chemistry, Nano Letters, and ACS Nano papers) with a total citation of more than 5000.
