Heejun Yang completed his Ph.D. in physics from Seoul National University in 2010. He was a research staff member at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology and a postdoctoral researcher at University of Paris-sud and CNRS/Thales with Albert Fert (2007 Nobel Laureate in Physics) in France from 2010-2013. He published 30 SCI publications (including two Science and one Nature Physics papers). He joined the Department of Energy Science in Sungkyunkwan University in 2014. His research interest is related to scanning tunneling microscopy, device physics, and novel 2D materials. abstract
