Prof. Hyoyoung Lee received his B.S. and M.S. degree in Chemistry at Kyung Hee University, Korea in 1989 and 1991, respectively, and he received his Ph.D. degree at Department of Chemistry, University of Mississippi (USA), in 1997. He did his postdoctoral associate at North Carolina State University (USA), from 1997 to 1999 and POSTECH, Korea, from 1999 to 2000. He worked at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) from 2000 to 2009 as team leader. He moved to Sungkyunkwan University and has served as a full professor at dept. of chemistry and dept. of energy science, lecturing organic chemistry. He had served as a director of National Creative Research Initiatives (NCRI), Center of Smart Molecular Memory from 2006 to 2015 and has served as an associate direct of institute of basic science (IBS) at SKKU since 2015.He has written more than 100 journal articles.He received several national awards and became a member of SKKU fellow in 2015 year. His current research area are an organic semiconducting materials and devices including Molecular/Organic memory, OLED, OTFT, Photo-catalyst, Sensors, Energy storage, (Reduced) graphene oxide, 2D TMD and MXenes. He is member of Korean chemical society (KCS), Materials Research Society (MRS) and American chemical Society (ACS). abstract
